Auto-Close threads for specific usergroups

Anyone happen to know a plugin/system (or code that I can add) that auto-closes threads on specific usergroups and within a specific section? I'd prefer people not being able to reply in threads of banned users (in multiple usergroups), seeing I use multiple banned-usergroups.

I already checked a few auto-close threads (with usergroups), but those usergroup options are only for who can reply in closed threads.
