Banner has a slight problem

So my banner has about 2 or 3 pixels off from the right edge. I tried everything such as resizing picture and changing forum dimensions. Nothing seems to fix it so its a perfect fit. Does anybody know how? btw you can check it out on http://aesthetic-realm.org on the right side of the banner there is a little gap how can i fix it?

I suspect that this code is the problem:

		<td id="header_right_cell" align="right">         &nbsp;     </td>

delete it and see if that doesn't fix the problem.
