I tried first direct with mydomain.com/admincp but it redirect me to myolddomain.com/admincp

then i changed domain url from phpmyadmin in settings and datastore , but no success.

Don't forward it to your admincp I have never heard anyone doing this before. Have you tried talking to your new host as they should be able to do this for you

Sorry if u misunderstand.

First i uploaded the files and DB in my hosting on new domain.

Then i tried to enter newdomain.com/admincp and it was redirecting me to olddomain.com/admincp

then i tried mysql commands from phpmyadmin but that also not works.

Did you change the vBulletin settings to use your new domain, instead of your old domain?
Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details
