How can one change the links to topics and forums to have the title in the link?

So basically it would list the title of a forum or a topic in the link.

Ahhh you mean the link in the browser, I think what you are after is ACP --> Settings --> Options --> Friendly URLs

Then set the URL Type to Advanced Friendly URLs

So you will get links like so, http://ozzmodz.com/showthread.php/50...g-Spam-Is-Over
