In the Usergroup Manager, if you disable the option to use the Calendar, they shouldn't see it at all.

The reason i wanna remove it is
1. I dont use it. 2. For some reason a google spider has an obsession with viewing it and getting an error. |

You need to add this to your robots.txt file:
Code:
User-agent: * Disallow: /forum/calendar.php Code:
User-agent: * Disallow: /calendar.php |

I really do appreciate all the prompt help
If more people (like me) would read or come here before they just start pushing buttons or deleting stuff, they wouldn't mess up their software so much. I also found this link which was very helpful. Thanx for all the help. I will certainly do all the above. NOTE: Where is my robots.txt file ?? |

The robots file is in your forum root, same place as the files like, activity.php, forum.php etc.

Should be on the root as Ozzy said, if it isn't there you must create it and upload it.
This does not block bots. It just asks them nicely, 'please don't index these' and it might take a few days for it to stop. |
