When a user logs into admincp or just the forum in general the forum won't submit and the page will turn white and not redirect?

It gets stuck on this

What version of vBulletin?
What PH version are you running?
Have you tried with all mods disabled?

And what is in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host) when you get the blank page?
