I want to save all attachment to another server please some one help me what can i do

As far as I know there's no modification/setting for this. You'll have to make such modification yourself.

There used to be a post on the vbseo forums by Mert describing how he did it on a 3.8 forum. Unfortunately that forum is offline.

Attachments can be private. How would you secure them?

I would just make an uploader on the other server and call the uploader on the first server.
