Creating NSFW tags

On other vbulletin sites Ive seen on they have it so you can do nsfw codes. But when I try to type that bb code into my forum, nothing happens.

How do I add the bbcode to my forum so that when people type something in between it works?

How do I step by step add this code in so my members can use it?
