Have you tried a gradient map or colour overlay (then adjust the layer style and opacity etc)? Usually I can change my colour of my logo with those methods for special occasions and it takes it well.

Anyway you could do this one so i can keep the transparent background and size the same? I wasnt thinking and when i attached the last file it changed. Thank you
With most flat images in photoshop, you can change the color with Hue and Saturation. In Photoshop go to "Image > Image Adjustments> Hue and Saturation". Then in the drop down box click on "Blues", then start adjusting the sliders to best match the color you want. You could also do this with an overlay and blending mode.
