i install a skin on my new vbulletin and make one section for testing but this RRS Feed Shows

And i dont make RRS Feed From Admin Cp .

can And One Tell Me In Temple Setting Which Setting I do Its Do Not Show.

Search your templates.. If it is a skin it is most likely just added into the template. Just comment it out.

if not in your templates search your phrases as well.

Adding to what @RichieBoy67, has stated you might want to turn on:
ACP --> Add Template Name in HTML Comments --> Settings --> Options --> Add Template Name in HTML Comments

Then use your browser developer mode in HTML to determine what template it is in. As stated in the post above it might be a phrase change in the located template.
