Includes folder has gone
Strange old occurrence, my includes folder has just disappeared and of course, the site has gone with it.
Anyone seen this before? Thanks... |

I'd suggest checking your server logs to see how this happened.

I have looked at that and it seems that it happened this evening at 22:51.
The full story now is that it hadn't been wiped but it had been moved to another folder. Not really sure how this happened and neither is the host. Anyway, back up but I guess that passwords need to be changed. Why move it to another folder? Thanks. |

You sure it was not someone who it meant to have ftp access and has just made a mistake

I am the only person that I know of that has access of any description.
Just changing passwords now to see how that helps.. I guess if it was done by someone else, they may try to do it again. |

All passwords have been changed.
Can't really understand how it could have happened. Moving a folder in cPanel is a 3 step process requiring input from the user to tell the folder where to go. I think I would have remembered doing that. Thanks anyway.... |

Your server logs should show actions being done and the IP that originated the action.
