Hello, I was wondering where I can report a suspected board which uses a pirated version of the vBulletin 4 software? and pirated theme's

I probably stumbled upon one. Im pretty sure actually, because I know the owner bragged about it how I was stupid and bought a license. ( Business competition )

Now that I run my own business and use vBulletin as communication forum, I like to make sure that my competition is either a legit license holder, or it should be shut down.
