Here it is (but you can do your own, you don't need to use the default vbulletin one):
Code:
<div class="forum-off warning restore">Sorry, the board is unavailable at the moment while we are testing some functionality. We will be back soon...</div> |

I suggest you ask you host if they have suhosin or mod_security installed that is blocking you being able to add that code. vBulletin is not blocking you from adding that code, your server is.

"Okay I have found the issue its not a mod_security issue, its a redirect issue. The script you are running is calling for more then 10 redirects at a time and that is what is preventing the change from happening. "
This is what the hoster said :/ but he can't fix it. He said i have to contact someone from vBulletin |

If you are getting redirects, then that usually means you have some .htaccess doing that. So, remove your .htaccess and see if you still have the same issue.

Well, something in that file is causing the issue. Default vbulletin doesn't require an .htaccess file.
edit: Default vB3 and vB4 don't require an .htaccess file. vB5 does have one in the forum root directory only. |

Huh? You said you have no mods installed but then say that if you delete them you get an error? That doesn't make sense - how can you delete non-existant mods? What exactly did you do to get that error?
