How to add html banner as an ad?
I want to place an add just below the navbar through the ads section, but my add runs on another server and has a html extension. Tried a lot of things but the ad is not showing. How can I add this? It is a flash ad. in the format: http://website.com/banner.html

Why can't you add the code that's in the html directly?

Because it's all swf/flashcode. There is no html code there.

If it's in a html file, it's bound to be html. Even embedded swf kinda is. What do you expect to happen if you get that file "included" in some way? It will, of course, be parsed as html along with all the rest of the site. So: Have you tried?
Aside from that: Without a link to the real thing there's probably not much anyone can do. |
