How to change the menu (below navbar)
I've been searching for the solution, but all I get are results about the main navbar, the tabbed ones.
But I want to find the option to change/add links in the menu below the tabbed navbar (new posts, private messages, faq, calendar etc) Where can I find it? |

What version of vBulletin are you running? Use the navigation manager in the Admin Control Panel if you are using vBulletin v4.2.0 or greater.
ACP --> Settings --> Navigational Manager |

Yes, in the CMS. But the OP is clearly not talking about the CMS. All the example menu entries he gives are from the forum.

Correct, I am looking for the options to change the menu that is under the tabbed navbar. Not for the tabs themselves.
I run 4.2.2 |

Now, I am confused are you talking about the 'forums' sub-links or the 'CMS' navigation sub-links? The structures are different.

Neither of the links he mentions do exist in the CMS. I think it's clear he's talking about the forum.

I think he's talking about the links to FAQ and similar which is underneath the main tabbed Navbar.
