I was wondering if on VB4 we can also make pages like buzzfeed questions?

Yes, vBulletin uses standard web technology. Web pages you create can easily be incorporated into vbulletin as external pages or by using the vBulletin template system.

You will want to use the template system for a tighter mesh with your board allowing you to use internal vbulletin variables in your web page.
