Hi all ,

I am looking for a ticket system for my guests in web site ...

My forum is medical specialized site ,for doctors only .

Sometimes some patients want to ask my a question , so they sign as new members to ask this.

I want to put a ticket system for their questions without signing in the forum.

And when I answered them , an e-mail will be send to them.

How do you plan to send them an e-mail if they don't need to regisgter? You don't know the e-mail, then, and without some sort of user management a ticket system makes no sense.

^ Very true.... although I suspect the OP already thought of this and perhaps on submission the form would have a place for email address? Not sure but only way it could work imo is to do what you said was lacking i.e. ask for email address
