[Question] Sticky Post Icon / Online Name

Hello there,

I have 2 Questions.

1. Is it possible to set for sticky threads a Stick Icon ?
At the moment there just stay "Sticky:" but i wanted to add a icon aswell.

2. How can i disable that they show the User Avatar in the onlinebar at the Bottom?
I just want to show the current Usernames without an Avatar.
