Auto-move thread to another forum after reply

Hi!

I have a forum receiving news updates via rss. At the moment it is closed for comments and only serves as a news feed - however i'm interested in opening it for replies, but i would like threads which have had replies to be moved into another forum automatically.

Is that possible in any way, or has there been a hack written for this purpose?
