Friends list problem

For everyone on my forum, when you click on the friends tab within your profile, you see the first page of friends just fine. When you try to click page 2, 3, 4.... it redirects back to the profile main page/visitor messages.

I read elsewhere that others were having this issue but no solution was provided. Is there any way to fix this?

What version of vbulletin are you running?

I have 4.2.0

Have you tried using a default style? Or disabled your modifications?

Yes, still happens in default.

I should clarify. The link itself for some reason is not pointing to friends page 2, 3, 4....

http://[sitename].com/member.php?[user#]-[usename]&tab=friends&page=2#friends

So the link is right but for some reason takes you to visitor messages instead of the next friends page.

I see a bug report for this in the mobile style, but didn't find one for the regular style. Unfortunately, I don't have a 4.2.0 test site to see what is going on.
