I suddenly found 300 spam posts from various people on my vbuleltin 4.2.x blog (vbulletin suite)

So i would like to allow only older members to post on blog, like 20 forum posts +

is there any optionor hack? preferably if no need to instal next mod for that?

Just create a new members group with the appropriate permissions and set it as the default for new members. Then create a promotion to move them up to the regular members group after 20 posts, or whatever number of posts you decide to set.
