Tab Navbar Menu as Drop down with Submenus

Hello friends,

Do you have any suggested Mod for creating Submenu links as dropdown directly from Navbar?

Also, any one that can create a 2 to 3 column drop down like the one on DigitalPoint forum menu: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/

I would like to make my menu look like this one so all the subforum are on the drop down menu and in 2 to 3 columns spread.

Please advise.
