Top Posters (of all time) in Sideblock?

Hi everyone, I've looked through most of the mods but I can't seem to find anything appropriate for what I am looking for.

Is there a piece of code I can use to display my forums Top 5 or so posters in a sideblock?
If so, can this code also be edited to exclude certain usergroup ID's (e.g. Admins).

I found this mod, that said it had the ability to work in the sidebar. Check it out and please let us know if it is workable.

Most of these mods with some work could be adapted to the sidebar.

Hopefully, others out there will have a better suggestion for you.

Thanks - I see the version number is 4.1.11 - would this likely cause issues with a 4.2.2 forum?

To be honest, I do not know. Read through the modifications thread carefully. I will give it a quick gander.

Always back up your entire site before trying a new modification, even if you have pretested it on a test board. Just a reminder -- we all need this reminder.

Not much feedback in the thread, I would definitely be cautious. I will try to load it up a bit later and take a quick look at it.
