How do I change the icon for an individual forum?

Instead of having the grey box with the bubble, how can that be substituted for a more suitable icon...

Upload the new images to a new directory inside the /statusicon directory and enter the path in Forum Manager > edit forum > Prefix for Forum Status Images Click the help link there for additional information.
