Pages don't have header

I upgraded from vB 4.1 to vB 4.2 and everything went great except almost every forum page (besides the forumhome and a few others) the page loads fine but without ANY header/navbar whatsoever.

The templates haven't been edited at all...

Have you tried on a unmodified default style?
Have you tried with all mods disabled?

Disabled all mods, still broken.
Tried default style, fixed the problem

You would be best to talk to dbtech as you seem to have there donate mod but as you don't have the footer info maybe its a donate mod that looks like it or you have removed the branding
but you also have this maybe a htaccess problem

If it works on a default style, and not the custom style, you need to contact the style developer and have then guide you.

You should compare the header of that style to the default one if all ok there then talk to the coder of the mod
