Which mod is used to tag mods here?
Could it also be used as a bookmarking system for tagging posts/threads etc?

Tagging the mod is exclusive to the mod system.

There is a mod for bookmarking threads/posts, but I am not going to tell you which one, cause you will just tell me you do not want to use their mods.

BTW, there is invite for negotiation which is nice and the mod in question is the mod in question.
