I have the doublepost feature enabled best that I can tell but it doesn't seem to be working.

Usergroup Manager/Post / Thread Permissions/Exclude From Double Post Merges = No
In the picture above Guest IP Check = Yes
Then edit each forum and make sure the setting
Exclude From Double Post Merges = No
