I can use the latest reply widget only in standard mode. But I want to show only the title (without avatar etc). When i click on the compact or title mode, i see only one title. Even when i want 6 results.

Sure, that's the way to get help on a volunteer community....

Anyway....compact mode should show the same number of results as the other modes, so we'd need to have a look at how you've got it set up to see what's going on.
