Any mod for give users some "powers" when earning points

[ZUCCO]

I want that when my users post they get points, then those points can be used to buy some powers in the forum

For example:

10 points: can close or delete his own thread
20 points: 1 infraction removed
20 points: 1 thread sticky for 1 week

Something like that, I use vb 4.2.2 thank you

Doesn't vbexperience have that ability?

Nope
