API - Upload videos to vimeo via vBulletin

Hello from Germany,

my company is looking for a mod which provides us with the ability of uploading videos directly to vimeo using a vBulletin forum as a bridge.

Is there already a existing technique available?

If not, is there a programmer out there who would be able to do something like that?
