I just received an update from a Vendor on my forum. Apparently when trying to post they are being redirected to a Captcha log-in, having to enter the code before they can post.
anybody have nay ideas of where I should be looking to sort this out? Not sure if this is an isolated problem or a usergroup issue? note: Vendors are set up as a separate usergroup on the forum (similar privileges as Premium members) |

What is set for that group under ACP --> Usergroups --> Usergroup Manager, Require Human Verification on Configured Actions

sux big time ... we didn't know about the install issue because our IT guy left and never informed us.
Out of sheer luck we found a hacker logged in as Admin and altering settings attempting to lock us out of our own forum. Fortunately they were stopped, immediately banned and deleted. But there was a lot of user, group and forum setting altered. It's been tedious to go through each and every one to make them right and every now and then a member stumbles upon one ... drama ensues ![]() Thanks again for the help, much appreciated
