Upon clicking "Request Username / Password Now" it simply rediverts to our registration page (located here: http://linkslistforum.com/llfjoin.php) instead of sending a reset password link to the member.

Can anybody shed any light on this please? Is is because we have changed our register page URL?

Anything is possible. I would start by undoing any changes done by that mod and see. If the issue still persists:

Have you tried on a unmodified default style?
Have you tried with all mods disabled?
What vB version and PHP version are you running?
