How to edit text at the top of a tab?

That is just what is in the <title> tags of the page. So, you would edit the page template and what is entered into the <title> area of the template.

What do you mean? Did you edit the template for your CMS page to be how you want it? It's hard to suggest something when you haven't posted *exactly* what you have tried and *exactly* what you are trying to do.
