Help Find Old Button/Graphics Set From vBulletin 2

I used to own a graphics set from vBulletin 2. I found a website that has them via the way-back machine, but it doesn't have everything. I was wondering if anyone remembered where the graphics came from, if they are still available, and where I could get them if they are.

TBH, I doubt anything from that far back would fully work, there has been many buttons added to the core software since vB2.x
