Is there a way to move the tab initiated by a plugin. I know that I can create one through Nav Manager. But in this case I would like to know if there is a way to move a plugin initiated one.

How is it being added exactly? Do you have the code, or is this a mod you installed? If it's a mod, you could try asking in the mod thread, maybe the developer can help.
