Hey all,
This seems like a simple issue but nothing I am doing is fixing it.
The problem is when going into the cms into one of the pages the bread crumb adds an extra base url there.
The settings in the url options are as they have always been with the base url set and the rest blank.
Here is a page showing the problem. In the bread crumb if you click the news link it adds the base url twice.

I believe this is an htaccess issue as all the settings look normal.

I am also getting characters after the url like
#axzz2ouMmQKGD ever since removing Vbseo and adding redirects. What am I doing wrong here? ##Update - The strange url characters were caused by Tynt.
