How to... Add a Thread option with...

Hi.

I want to add an Thread Option with a special Part. Because our Forum is a "everyone helps everyone" Forum, answering of resolving the Problem helps everyone.

But sometimes the Person who startet the Thread, forgot to give this Resolve of the Problem. Now i want to add an Option for the Admin (Mods) in the Thread-Options like "Thread - Ask Poster", which will send a PM to the Thread Starter. Inside the Message should be some Text an a Link to the Thread.

Is there a Mod who can do this? Or is it possible, to do it on my own?
