How to intergrate Google Search on Vb 4

I came across few threads but It was confusing and I also have a custom skin, don't really know how to added to the search bar in my navbar http://forum.nihonomaru.com/

Currently I use the Sphinx search engine, would using Google search show less search result? I guess because some topics might not be indexed yet or that is not the case?

Have anyone been able to added Google Search before? Have you seen better and accurate results?

What i do like actually is the idea of like FF search engine where it has a drop down menu to chose which engine you like to use. This would be a better solution so that a user can either use the site search engine or Google search if they wish.
