using similar description with little changes

dear friends i have a question according to vbulletin
i have seen many sites on google that can use same description for their pages with little variations
i have a question that can we do it in vbulletin that i can use similar description for the posts that belongs to one category with little changes in description for every post that make it unique.??????? plz guide me i am new in this field
