Installing problem

Hey I'm currently trying to install vB3.8.7 on my website I have followed all of the steps to the letter and double and tripple checked everything with the config.php file. But when I go to the install/install.php it comes up with this:



Any ideas what would be causing this

Did you make the appropriate changes to the includes/config.php file?

EDIT: Just reread the OP, what is the error from your server error logs?

I followed what the manual said to do.

Yes, this. because I can't think of anything other than a serious issue with the host server, that would produce this error message.

I can't seem to find anywhere for error logs on my Godaddy cpanel. I know I'm quite new to this, pardon my stupidity -.-

Scroll down and look under options and settings, then see where it says "settings" a little further down, and see "Error Logs" icon in that bunch.

This is what I see. I should have said I'm using GoDaddy Plesk

You're trying to load vBulletin on a windows server?

I was told that it was best to use Plesk because of mysql
