URGENT HELP NEEDED!!!

I'm trying to upgrade to 4.2.2 and something has gone wrong. when i was running the upgrade I got a message saying the blog didn't upgrade because it was still on 4.2.1 but there are no files in the upload folder for 4.2.2 to bring that up to date and the install has no gone horribly wrong.

I am now trying to put the files for 4.2.1 back onto my server to at least get my board back up because right now, its a blank white page. my admincp says 4.2.2 but nothing else works other than the admin cp.

can someone please help me right away to get my board back up and running effectively. hopefully me bringing these files back works as it never told me the upgrade was complete to 4.2.2 so I should still, in theory be on 4.2.1 software.

so yeah…someone please help!!!!

I'm not sure what you mean by these two parts:

more than likely the date and no errors code needs to be added to the config.

1) Upload a fresh set of alll 4.2.1 files (except install directory)

Test if site works

If it does upload 4.2.2 following usual upgrade instructions.

Never delete the blog files.

in 4.2.2 add this to config.php right below the <?php line-

define('SKIP_ALL_ERRORS', true);
