Hello all.

Is it possible to somehow modify a profile field during registration so that if they click a certain option it will put them in a certain usergroup?

I do not know of a current mod that allows a selectable choice during registration (my memory is limited). To answer, 'is it possible', it can be done with some minor custom coding.
