Is there any hacks that can add a sponsor banner next to the forum's name, but not next to category name ?

i've already said 3 times that i am using legal cpoy but my boss doesn't want to give me those information that i have tu put, i'll try to get them from him

it works only with categories, and want to put banner next to the forum name, not category name

we don't have domain and server for it yet, but i'll post our URL as soon as we finish designing forum and whole site
