October/November Board of the Month Voting

This is voting for forums nominated in October and November of 2013.

Voting will run until December 31st 2013.

The following boards had one second each so each will be in this month's vote:

There were 4 additional entries with no seconds but only 2 spots left for this months vote. Each of the 4 was assigned a number, 1 to 4 based on the order they entered the contest, 1 being the earliest entry and 4 being the most recent entry.

A sequence of 1-4 was then randomly chosen from Random.org and the results were: 2, 1, 4, 3

Therefore the first two boards with no seconds (2 and 1) will be in this months vote. 4 and 3 will not.
