Default Does VBulletin have a built in newletter that can be mass emailed?
Wondering if this was a standard option, if so where, can't seem to find anything...

Have you looked at ACP --> Users --> Send Email to Users

All is well and good on doing that, until you get one spam complaint and your host suspends your site. It's a tightrope walk and you have to be very careful with mass emails.

Chris used to have one but it's now in the graveyard.
The only thing could be this for vB 3:

I am surprised no one has got a good NewsLetter mod out for vB 4....

I will at some point, just need time to look at the Christos mod, and re release it.
