Does anyone knows what the problem might be???

I've tried what little information I've found on the forums to no avail.. This is not my first rodeo, Ive installed numerous ipb, wordpress sites.. all of them using some kind of integration with facebook so creating facebook apps and linking them to the product isn't new to me.. so I'm guessing something is plain wrong.

When trying to log with facebook connect we get that message...

You can see the facebook login at the top (doesnt show on IE, guess thats the next post after fixing this).
When you click on it you get the facebook pop up asking to cinfirm the permission then you aree redirected to the errpr page.

I tried deleting and creating a new "app" on facebook with sam results, altough the instructions I found for it doesnt match the facebook site anymore.

Sorry forgot to take it off sandbox mode when I created the new app... but I already tried disabling sandbox mode.


It is disabled now.

Upgraded to 5.0.5 and still facebook connect wont work.

I get the window asking for facebook authorization but then I'm redirected to the registration page.

Under my facebook account I can see the application being added to "my apps" but it wont log me to the forum

I've tried multiple situations... logged to the forum/logged to facebook, logged out off the forum/out of facebook, logged to the forum/out of facebook, logged out of the forum/logged to facebook...

none seem to work..

Try it yourself.. you get asked for facebook authorization then get sent to the registrastion screen

If you're logged out, and your account isn't linked, it should take you to the registration screen

I tried registering.. no go. Can you try registering?
