Is there any mod like this ?

I will need a mod which create the following :
An online music library. Here users will be able to upload songs they own allowing them to access them from anywhere in the world via browsers (phone apps will come later). It will be subscription based so maybe 5GB free space and anything more they will pay monthly or yearly.
Is there any available out there ?
