advertising in the first post

Hello, I tried to put put advertising in the first post created using the method: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=234851 the problem is that only appears in a single issue, not all initiated.

The option is to put banner vB beside the post but what I want is a kind of signature, below the content of the thread.
