4.2.2 Install Hangs Up
Hi all- Not sure if this has been covered, sorry if so I couldn't find it. I'm trying to install VB 4.2.2 with no luck. This is a completely new/fresh install and it just keeps hanging up -- see screenshot below.
The green circle is always the range it gets stuck in. Suggestions? What did I miss? Thanks! |

By hitting refresh in the browser? Refresh in the browser simply restarts it all over and makes me delete the prior installation. Or is there another method?

Firefox. Looks like it worked -- although now register.php is not an accessible file. It fails as a 403 forbidden.

That's the way it should be. All my forums have that with lots of numbers after and it works just fine like
