How to go about implementing this or turning it on for those users who want it as an option? Want the vB to auto-generate and send email notification to users upon the receipt of PMs. Thanks.

bump.

adding - the mail server is working fine. the option to "receive email on PM receipt" is ticked for users who want it - they just aren't receiving anything... it is set to default to "on" upon user registration. can't think of what else needs to be done.

anyone?
